A camping holiday is the perfect holiday for teenagers. Teenagers love the informality of campsite life with its cafes, takeaways, swimming pool complexes, watersports on the beach and entertainment in the evening. The campsites have great atmospheres where teenagers of all nationalities find it easy to meet and make friends. Be assured they won’t be bored!

Time out with new friends

Most teenagers don’t want to spend all of their holiday time with their parents and would prefer to hang out with friends of their own age. The Canvas Buzz Club gives them the freedom to relax and join in with activities they enjoy with other teens who share their interests. It is the perfect holiday meeting place to form those memorable holiday friendships with teens from all over Europe. It is also a great way to find out the best places the surrounding area has to offer.

Buzz Club for teens

The Buzz Club is designed for teenagers aged 12 to 18 and operates six days a week during July and August. On eight of our campsites, a full-time Canvas Buzz Club courier organises a weekly programme of sporting and social events with both on-site and off-site activities on offer. There are generally two sessions a day with some full-day off-site trips. Our couriers are all fully trained, friendly, relaxed and of course, ready for fun!

Have fun and learn new skills

Buzz Club offers teens the chance to broaden their horizons, learn new skills and try something totally new and different to anything they would do at home. Site based activities include volleyball tournaments, pool competitions, karaoke nights and pizza evenings. Activities off-site range from a trip to the local waterpark or theme park to beach parties, quad biking, karting and paintball.

Action packed sites

The relaxed on-site lifestyle is ideal for teens. There is always something going on at the poolside terraces, games rooms, cafés and takeaways. There is windsurfing, canoeing and jetskiing at many beaches and lakes as well as spectacular swimming pool complexes with waterslides. In the evening, in high season, most sites provide entertainment; several have cinemas, discos and evening shows. Typically the best sites for teenagers are larger sites with extensive facilities and plenty to do.

Free canoe and bike hire

The Canvas windsurfers, canoes and bikes proved a great hit with teenagers last year so we are now offering free hire at even more sites. The canoes are equipped with buoyancy aids, are ideal for practicing. Some sites by the beach offer windsurfing tuition. The free bike hire gives teenagers the chance to burn off some energy by going for a cycle around the local area.
