Places of interestVisit the Principality of Monaco to see the famous pink palace - a guided tour is available in the summer months. Take the tourist train around the town for stunning views of the casino, the port and some of the Grand Prix racing track. Visit the Gorges du Verdon (45mls) - a superb natural canyon with dramatic views. There are specially constructed viewing points, including the Pont Sublime, not for those without a head for heights.
