The lush valley, which forms the hamlet of Coombe Mill, is sheltered with its own microclimate. The river meanders through, there are 2 fishing lakes and of cause the animals (from Deer and ponies to rabbits and chickens). The highlight for most children is the daily tractor and trailer feed run to meet them all. A great way to enjoy learning about the animals and make new friends.

There is also 2 children's play areas, toys, games, books, baby listeners, baby-sitting available. Even self-catering can be easy with home cooking and grocery deliveries optional.

Pony trekking, swimming pool, cycle hire and an excellent pub /restaurant from the village. Beaches, Eden project and more just a short drive away.
