Food for the Brain - Review
Free Online QuestionnaireWhen this release came through I was very interested to see how the questionnaire worked. I have two children aged 4 and 6 and try to feed them a healthy and balanced diet, but like most things, know that it could always be improved. I visited their site and completed the questionnaire, which was very user friendly and took only about 10 minutes. You do need your child's weight and height handy though before you start. When you complete the questionnaire you get a report about your child's diet which I found to be very enlightening. I thought that James had a healthy diet and it was not bad but certainly room for lot's of improvement. The questionnaire shows a summary of the report using a traffic light system, green, yellow, purple and red. There are 4 systems broken down into Blood Sugar levels, Essential fats, Vitamins and Minerals and Allergy/Sensitivity. The summary is great and easy to read and then you can delve further into each area and get some very practical and useful guidance. Do have a look at this questionnaire as it is very useful and let me know how you get on. I would like to get some feedback and to see what you think?
