Fresh Face Photography

Dan and Barbara Rymer, the owners and founders of Fresh Face, launched the company inspired by their well established background in the television industry. Dan is a successful actor, best known, amongst other things, for his long running role in the BBC 1 series, Casualty. Barbara currently leads the drama publicity team for one of the biggest independent television companies in the UK. Throughout their combined careers they have racked up over twenty years experience, working with photographers, fashion designers, stylists and other photographic industry professionals.

When their first child was born in 2004, they soon realised that the style and finesse they had grown used to with professional industry photo shoots was not available to the general public. When looking to have their first family photos taken, they wanted more than the average outdated cheesy approach that they found on the high street.

To even come close to their expectations, they were forced to pay the huge price that went with hiring an expensive studio and photographer in London. It was not long after this, the idea of Fresh Face was hatched. After intensive training with industry professionals, Dan has become a successful photographer in his own right and has produced work to satisfy even the most demanding of his showbiz colleagues. Together, Dan and Barbara have moved with their son to Surrey and opened Fresh Face.
