Are our children happy? According to a recent report our children will be getting lessons in happiness in an attempt to reduce stress and antisocial behaviour in youngsters.

How have our children forgotten to be happy, they worry about everything, have low self-esteem, are bullied, have problems with obesity, the list is endless.

But are they learning it from us, as their role models, are we getting it wrong?
