Organic food, nappies, toys are becoming ever more popular, and we have some fabulous new pages on organic food in schools, and couple of recipes for you to print of. Have a look at the pages and see what other parents have done to encourage their children to eat more healthy food. We hope to expand this section significantly so let us know of any organic products you have used and would recommend.Organic Section

We have a new section on the Champions Campaign designed to encourage children to cycle as a means of managing some of the health issues facing youngesters today. The Campaign aims to get pupils, teachers and parents involved in cycling, even through the winter months. I had great fun again this month working with my colleague to choose the Cute Baby winner, which was 7 month old Christopher, if you have not seen him yet, have a look on the site. There is a new page on the Macmillan Cancer Relief - Cancertalk Week takes place from 23-27 January 2006 and is a week long initiative to provide schools and youth groups with an opportunity to talk and learn more about cancer. There are also activities and packs designed to help teachers/leaders work with children and young people, the idea being that the fear surrounding the disease can be reduced.
