March
March already! Well I moved in half term and everything went extremely well. The children enjoyed the lorries, we had 3 of them. James was up and down the ramps getting in the men's way all the time. I have not moved for 12 years so it was a distant memory of the hard work involved. We had a full packing service, which felt very unusual as I am a person that likes to do everything and it was not easy leaving all the my possessions to be packed up by men in green suits. Anyway, the new house is great, a new start in the Spring of 2006 and I am looking forward to a summer in the new garden where we will have space for the children to have their much awaited for trampoline, with a very good safety net. With the move it was hard to do too much with the children in the half term, but we did get out to the local ice skating rink for the first time. Charlotte and James have never been and I have not skated for over 20 years!. The children loved it and my very independent daughter insisted that she did not need my help and promptly skated - we had a few drops on her bottom but she coped extremely well. A really nice day out and one I hope to do again soon. Charlotte is training for a show at ballet and made everyone laugh, when she told the whole group that she and mummy were going shopping after, and that she was going "steal" all of daddy's money. Where did that come from, everyone laughed which made her very cross as she did not think what she was saying was funny. I just love little people's sayings and it has been some time since we have had a few sent through, let me know if you have any good ones as it is nice to make people smile. The other exciting event this month is that we are going to meet Hi5. The children are so excited, and so is Daddy, it is one of the shows that he likes to watch - I can't imagine why... I am hoping to get some fabulous pictures and will share them with you next month. It will be Easter when I write again, so for now enjoy the bulbs popping up and that promise that Spring is coming Very best wishes,
