June
Hello and welcome, to all our "old" and new members. I find myself this month with a week off! Boy do I need it. Things are very busy at FPBP and my multi tasking skills are being pushed to the limit. Like most parents these days we juggle hundred's of activities a day. I sometimes think I should write them all down, but I panic in case I crumble from the amount. However, half-term is here and I intend to have some quality time with James and Charlotte. I have not had any holiday since Christmas and I miss them. I won't however miss making packed lunches. No doubt I will probably have to make some for when we go out. I found this picture of Charlotte on holiday a few years ago, and thought how lovely she looked playing in the sand. She absolutely loves the sand, But, I however, am not so keen when they fill the sandpit with water, get completely covered and then run through the house. Sound familiar to anyone? When I finally catch up with them I stand them in the bath to rinse them off, unfortunately they now think this is great fun, and do it without me - just to say I think running through the house is the least of my worries. Enjoy June, the lovely weather "we are going to have"! and have a look around the site for lot's of advice and support. Very best wishes,
PS. If you have any pictures that bring back a lovely memory let us know, and if we get enough pictures we could create a "Memory Lane" gallery to share with everyone. |
