Join the running team of Flora London Marathon's Official Charity for 2009

It is celebration time at The Children’s Trust, following the announcement that it will be the official charity for the 2009 Flora London Marathon. To make next year’s event the most successful ever for the Trust, a special ‘One in a Thousand’ Appeal has been launched to recruit a record-breaking target of 1,000 runners to join its team. A new on-line website, entirely dedicated to the 2009 London Marathon, has been set up for would–be runners to register and also apply for many of the Trust’s guaranteed places.

In 2009, The Children’s Trust, a national charity, which provides care, education and therapy to children with multiple disabilities and complex health needs, will also be celebrating its 25th anniversary. Over the years, the Trust has transformed the lives of thousands of children and their families, by providing expert nursing care, short breaks, therapy programmes, special education and a chance for children with disabilities to make the most of their lives.
