We have included this section because we wanted to give mums the opportunity to share their experiences of their more difficult days/times whilst raising their children.

We've split the section into four pages:

• a general page on coping with the bad days;



• one dedicated to postnatal depression;



• 'Show me the beast' an article written by a mum about coping with her anger;



• finally, one mum shares her thoughts on how we can learn new coping strategies from our partners!

We hope that through encouraging an open and honest exchange of experiences mums will see that it's quite normal to struggle some of the time and be encouraged to keep doing the best they can!
