Below are YOUR stories, we are sharing them for you but we cannot take any involvement in any legal process that you might consider. We are impartial and publishing your stories for others to read. For further advice, please contact Advantage Employment Law - Solicitors Your Stories and ViewsI was Office Manager within an IFA Firm but was advised through another Manager that "I no longer had the authority to authorise holidays", which I thought was part of my role. Another member of staff spoke to a Director and was told that he was now the person to speak to regarding holidays, etc., "as Caroline has a lot on her mind just now" - to date, I have not officially been told that I am no longer Office Manager, which I think is disgraceful in this day and age. This is the second time this Company has discriminated against me because of me wanting to have a family - can't believe I stayed with the same Company. Caroline |
